Abstract Preparation Guidelines

1. The abstract must be written in English, using Times New Roman, font size 14, with line spacing not exceeding 1.15, and 1-inch margins on all sides. All numerical values must be presented in Arabic numerals.
2. The title of the abstract should be written in Times New Roman, font size 16, with the first letter of each main word capitalized, except for articles, conjunctions, and prepositions, which should be in lowercase.
3. The name of the presenter must be underlined, written in Times New Roman, font size 12, and should exclude academic titles or professional positions.
4.The institutional affiliation, mailing address, and email address should be written in italicized Times New Roman, font size 11.
5.The body of the abstract must be written in Times New Roman, font size 14, and should not exceed 300 words in total. The abstract should be structured under the following sections:
  • Background & Objective
  • Methods: Describe the research design, sample size and selection criteria, data collection instruments, and statistical analysis.
  • Results & Discussion
  • Conclusion
  • Keywords: Maximum of 5 keywords
6. Tables, figures, and references are not permitted in the abstract.

Guidelines for the Submission and Evaluation of Research Presentation Competitions

Submission Regulations

1. Abstracts that are incomplete or exceed the specified word limit will not be considered for presentation.
2. Submissions must be made within the designated submission period. Abstracts submitted after the deadline will not be considered under any circumstances.
3. All submissions must be original. The content must not be plagiarized, adapted, or infringe upon the copyright of any individual or previously published work.
4. For studies involving human participants or data collection involving human subjects, a copy of the Ethics Committee (EC) approval document must be attached.
5. In the event that plagiarism or copyright infringement is detected, the author will be immediately disqualified and held solely responsible for any resulting legal consequences.
6. Abstracts submitted for this academic conference must not have been previously presented at any national or international academic conference, nor received any prior academic award.
7. Failure to comply with any of the above regulations will result in disqualification of the submission in order to maintain fairness and academic integrity for all participants.
